The Zen Life Center is the home of the modern-day warrior: we train individuals to persevere and hone their endurance, precision, and mental focus. Such training has far-reaching effects which can be utilized outside the dojang but can also be applied to competition. Dedicated time is taken most weeks to prepare our tournament team to compete against the best locally, at the state level, and internationally.
